Twilight Walker is an NPC, which you can find in Underground Crimson/Corruption or on its surface during the night. Just like Traveling Merchant, Twilight Walker does not require his own house in order to spawn. His assortment depends on Moon phase and Game progress.
If you get away far enough from him, he will dissappear.
Eyes of the Twilight Walker are glowing, so it's easier to find him in darkness.
